I ordered my package 4 days before the weekend , It's still not here, waiting for days on my order. When I called them, they said it would be there on Saturday. Their customer service sounded shocked that the order didn't go out yet. Now I try to reach out to them and you get voicemail. Refund is not even possible, don't trust this website. Totally scammers

Never again, first it took ages to get my order because my adres was not correct. I had to call to the delivery company and give them the right adres. Second the parfume oil i ordered was not sealed good and everything was soaked in parfum en leaving nothing but empty bottle. Never ever going to order here again.


After placing this review here, they reached out to me and gave me a refund.
This was a good thing.

Het duurde 14 dagen tot mijn bestelling bezorgd werd. Ik moest zelf contact opnemen om status van mijn bestelling te vragen. Het was netjes geweest als ze dat pro actief aan mij informeerde. Meisje van klantenservice was wel vriendelijk en snel met response.
