Logwise are very professional in handling their orders. Deliver service is very fast, even in the busier times if the year. Logs arrive bone dry and burn evenly giving out a good slow heat, if stored and burned correctly. Prices are very competitive. Online ordering is very easy, but you can reach a human if you have any issues. Highly recommend them.

The firewood is excellent, and we are very happy with that. The lower rating is due to delivery: all the wood was left in a pile outside the front door, and took two hours for us to move with a wheelbarrow to the backyard storage area. We couldn't wait for more help as we were afraid it would rain. This leaves a lot to be desired in terms of service, and we were disappointed by this.
