We chose Inca Fe as our preferred coffee roaster/supplier for our restaurants nearly 2 years ago when our previous supplier of 20 years was unable to continue supply. We made an excellent choice as it turns out. Joop and Carmen and their team have been friendly, helpful, reliable and provide a delicious and excellent product; and there maintenance service is second to none. When we have the occasional problem they're only as far away as the phone for advice, and will send out their techy in a timely fashion if necessary. If our supplies get unpredictably low (as happens at busy times of year), they will quickly deliver more product. I love them for that! And they're all, without exception, friendly and efficient to deal with them. I cannot recommend them more.
