"Our lawn is healthy again!"

Our lawn has greatly improved since Brandon Tilley has been servicing it. For years I spent money on "Scotts", "Ortho", "Spectracide" & the like trying to make the lawn look decent again. But to my dismay none of the chemicals seemed to work effectively. I am happy to say that our lawn now looks very healthy and is weed-free thanks to Brandon's expertise. In my opinion, these services are well worth the price and I absolutely recommend them.

I really like Go-Forth for many reasons. I have been a customer for about a year and have been impressed. There are several ways to contact Go-Forth, which is very convenient. I have chatted online with customer service, and I have also called their call center and their local phone number when I have had issues or questions. It is so wonderful to be able to talk to someone, rather than be put through an answering system. Every customer service representative has the ability to dispatch my account representative, there's no leaving messages or playing phone tag to get the results you desire. My account representative is very knowledgeable and helped me identify a strange insect in my yard last summer, as cicada killers! I also like that I always have the same account representative visit my home for treatments. Overall, the entire staff does an outstanding job.

"Very unimpressed"

Last month, when the person who portrayed himself as the one running the company that had taken over Elium, had a long conversation with me before performing any services. I was clear about not looking for a program that would take care of fleas and ticks, which he attempted to talk me into. I was, however, concerned about ants. He assured me that the regular program that we had been part of for a number of years with Elium, would take care of the ants totally.

Wrong. They have been worse than they have ever been. We have been going crazy trying to get rid of them, because the 'professionals' from Go Forth Pest & Lawn not only didn't get rid of them, it seems they made it worse. This is the reason we have no yet paid the invoice.

"Love my pest control tech, Louis and lawn tech, Brandon"

Louis is a fantastic pest technician, he is very detailed and always on time. I also like Brandon, my lawn technician. My main concern is with the company. There have been several times that I have had to call and check up on when service is coming. Pest control has always shown up, but there are times when lawn service has not shown up on their designated month. This is frustrating since money is automatically debited on the first of each month and I feel I am constantly checking up on service since no text, emails or phone calls are made to update me on when they are coming.

Doug Armstrong...aka Dead Bug Doug....is the nicest technician I have ever met. He is very thorough. I have not seen a creepy crawly at my house since he started working here. I am and will continue to recommend Go-Forth and Dead Bug Doug!
