I had a great experience with Entry Only.com. The computer program was incredibly user friendly and the principal broker was always available with any questions. I should state that I am a retired real estate broker with 20 years of experience so naturally the entire process was known to me. However, I believe the for sale by owner transaction can be done fairly easily as long as there is a good buyer's agent involved who will provide the proper paperwork and move things along to the next step. It will be best to offer out 2.5% commission so your home will be shown by the most agents. If you are not contract savvy, you should hire a lawyer. I saved myself almost $10,000 in real estate fees by selling our home myself. Go for it and good luck!
