"6 weeks later and still no contact.."

I booked a selfie mirror with realhire for my wedding in October. The communication from start to finish was poor, I had to email multiple times for them to confirm they had received my deposit (after they were very responsive with emails when they wanted the money) my wedding date arrives and as i got invited in to have a look at my wedding breakfast room I asked if the selfie mirror had arrived to which I got 'no not yet but give them until 730' which I agreed. 7:30, 8, 8:30 and 9oclock went by and after multiple phone calls off my maid of honor, the hotel itself, my husband and multiple messages off my guests with no response (but the messages were read) and finally at 9:15 a man arrives and says to my guest 'is this the wedding' in which she replied 'which wedding' and he checked the paperwork and confirmed our names, the mirror got set up only to find out, low and behold it was broken and the printer didn't connect - brilliant! The man then said to me 'it's not my fault I was only told half an hour ago that I needed to be here' and apologised, with an offer of USB which I accepted, that's the least they could do tbh! The night went on after it finally being set up by 9:45ish where he proceeded to stand in the doorway on his phone so my guests had no assistance with the mirror at all 12pm came and he left. Now let's talk about the aftercare... after FOUR emails with no response my husband called twice which we were greated by a very rude man where he asked my husband if he was threatening him (obviously wasnt he just said we will make a review public and advise the hotel not to recommend them) advised we were lying about the timetable as he has the GPS and started to compare our experience with the airlines and basically told us we need to be patient. No apology, no sincerity of our horrific experience and upset.. nothing! Overall I'm disappointed and disgusted in my service, no offer of a refund even though we paid for a service which we definitely didn't get. I will never recommend this company.
