Booking canceled by kissandfly, no refund. I opened a dispute with my bank, now kissandfly says they provided the services. Good thing I have the emails saying the booking will be refunded.

Avoid this provider, I also blame skyscanner for working with a company with some few positive reviews.

That’s ok, I made the chargeback request because the refund didn’t come through although you said it’s been processed. The bank will settle this, my review stands.
