Kris and the team are easy to deal with, dont apply pressure for sales and their quotes are fully itemised and competitive. They turn up when they say they will, complete the job with quality workmanship and leave the place spotless afterwards.

We had a new composite front door installed and really appreciated the time taken to provide a quote with no hard sell tactics. We actually went to K&M after having to ask another company to leave after they tried to get us to sign on the day with all the 'let me call my supervisor' and 'today only deal' rubbish. K&M provided a quote with no pressure.

The price was very reasonable and installation team were friendly and professional, they cleaned up after themselves completely as well.

Fantastic customer service from everyone throughout. We had our new door and window fitted last month and the whole process was very smooth. Kris had patience dealing with us changing our mind on which door style we wanted and his ability to sort fitting the steel out above our door was valuable as it meant we didn't need to organise this independently. The fitters were fantastic; very polite and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend K and M Installs.

Thats it, the final three of our knackered wooden windows replaced by this great firm, Over the past year or two they have fitted three other windows and fitted two fantastic composite doors. No fuss, no mess, turn up when they say they will and great price. Highly recommended.
