"Used DVDs"

I ordered a supposedly new DVD from this company and it came without the case and obviously used. I was quite surprised they managed to put it in a sleeve to protect it.

Will never use them again.

Great job! The video honestly looks better than the original VCR copy. Smooth playback. I got the digital copy and the DVD copy. They edit the DVD copy so that it fits a modern 16:9 ratio TV. It seems they cut the top and bottom of the footage to fit. I typically don't like this but it did look great on my TV. I always have the 4:3 in the digital format too. Fast professional service. I'd recommend getting both copies, so you can preserve the original video aspect while also having a copy to view on TV.

Every shipment I submit has at least one DVD that is rejected. All of these DVDs were purchased new and only viewed once. This simply seems to be a rip-off practice!

way TOO long to acknowledge receipt of the package, more than 2 weeks!
