"Hop and INF are slightly different- figure out what suits your needs"

The Hop plan is different from the INF plans in terms of it's coverage. It helps with travel mostly but INF is a health insurance product. Definitely dig deeper into the plan to understand the differences in the coverage and see what works better for you. It took me a couple of days to really understand the nuances.
After learning more about both the plans, I decided to go with INF Elite since I was looking for health insurance for my parent's visit.

I was trying to navigate the website to find the right plan for my elderly aunt traveling from Canada to the United States. The website had a host of plans, and I finally called the number listed on the website to get guidance.

The customer rep came on in less than 30 seconds after a short phone tree. I told him what I was looking for, and he promptly explained to me which plan was best for my aunt. He was straightforward on what was covered, and there was no upsell or pressure. He then was patient to answer all my questions clearly, prior to ending the call. I hope we don’t have to use this plan.
