After having issues trying to pay my loan off early and posting a review on here, the head of customer services contacted me to resolve the issue. The gentleman who rang we was very helpful and apologetic for the inconvenience caused. However, fact of the matter is that the original support provided and the website was not very clear and needs further development. So I’ve changed my rating from 1 stars to a 3 to reflect this and I hope the information I gave during our phone call is used to improve the service for existing and future customers.
