"Disappointing Customer Service Experience"
I am deeply disappointed by the lack of response and assistance from mabyb.com regarding a recent issue with my subscription renewal and account access. Despite clear communication on my part, my subscription was automatically renewed for £35 around January 17th, contrary to my explicit request to stop it. Despite multiple attempts to address the matter and provide necessary details, my emails have gone unanswered. The frustration is compounded by the fact that I can no longer access my account, which seems disconnected without resolution.
I have shared screenshots and supporting documents, including past correspondence where I confirmed my account email. I urgently requested a refund for the unintended renewal, cancellation of the Stripe subscription, and closure of my mabyb.com account. However, the lack of acknowledgement or resolution is disheartening. This experience has been both time-consuming and stressful, leaving me disappointed with the level of customer support provided by mabyb.com.
UPDATE: I got contacted by the support, and in the end, they sorted out my refund. It is a shame that it required this type of action to sort, which should have been a quick fix. Based on this update, I have updated my review to 3 stars.

I am still in my first stages using the platform but the level of customer service I got from Sarah, who gave me an initial run through, and then Danni, who solved a long-standing and extremely annoying issue with Meta with maximum efficiency and charm, was absolutely first class.
