Delivery was scheduled for 1000-1600 but did not show up. Whatapp for update since 1700 and did not get a proper reply until 2113. Delivery done at 2145. Late delivery is never okay because there are other engagement being affected. The forwarder was not able to provide updates on new delivery timing and keep asking for confirmation of receipt.
