"Sent wrong product initially"

I confirmed with sales before ordering that the custom cover I wanted could be made. Using the link they provided me, I placed my order and followed their instructions regarding how to request the custom order. 2 weeks later, I received my order and it is not what I had requested and confirmed before placing my order. After reaching out, sales admitted the mistake and only offered to send 10% of the cost back as their solution. This was upsetting as I had payed a good amount of money for a custom product, so after several more emails back and forth, sales did decide to make it right and send the product I had originally ordered. 2 weeks later I received the seat covers as I had originally ordered them, and am very pleased with the quality and fitment of the product. Overall, the experience of ordering and receiving the incorrect item and subsequent negotiation to correct the mistake was disappointing and frustrating, however I am pleased to have finally had the issue fixed and received the correct product. The quality is excellent and they fit great!

Great set of 4 seat covers for less than 300 bucks. The fit is in my opinion 98% exact. For future models, i think they need to give WAY more room for ALL velcro holding areas. Otherwise still happy for less than 300 bucks.

Most fit pretty well except for the backseat covers. I can’t get the middle seat belt through so I just kept it off. Other than that, GREAT. i wish they had ivory colors though for the Honda.

My first time ever installing seat covers and i would say it’s definitely doable. I was able to install the seat covers on my own took me about 3-4 hours with some breaks in between. Be prepared to have bloody fingers - well at least it was my experience. From pulling and feeding through my fingers were sore for at least 4 days. One of the strap was weak and ripped right off when pulling. I also wish the front seat covers top portion was a bit more snug. They fit a bit loose but look great from a distance. Unlike the videos where every cover look perfectly tight fitting it was not my experience even with all the pulling and even heating. Overall they do what they say and give your car a much better appearance.

This is what happened to me when I reached out to EKRAuto upon seeing their Tiktok Videos about custom seat cover. I honestly was hesitant at first because I don’t know if it is legit or not. But everyday, I check their Tiktok page and see their products and I can’t help but get amazed by how good their custom seat cover are. So there.. I messaged them and after couples of email exchanges, I placed to order. What I like about their customer service is the fast communication. They are super accommodating as well. From the leather design and color combinations which I changed couple of times, they are very patient and willing to help you get what you want. When I placed the order, they were very honest about the production time and shipping time which I was expecting to be over a month but I was surprised that it only took us 3 weeks including the production.

About the product.. It really exceeded our expectations. The quality is exceptional and it was really well made. I bought custom car seat before from a popular company but I honestly didn’t like it as much as I love EKRAuto’s product. I will definitely recommend them to every one I know that wants their car to have a nice interior. I kinda wish they will consider making a custom floor mat as well because I swear, I will get it from them too.

By the way, I am also planning to get another custom car cover for my new car!! I can’t wait for EKRAuto to make it again.
