"Pérdidas por incumplimiento de envío de ticket"

La entrega fue rápida y ágil pagando el adicional de 20 euros.
No cumplieron en enviarme la factura de la compra para poder pasar por el tax free y que hagan la devolución de los impuestos. Perdí como 44 euros por no haber cumplido con el envío del ticket. Esto me perjudicó considerablemente.
Me gustaría saber como se podría hacer para que me devuelvan la pérdida que he tenido por incumplimiento de uds.
El pedido del ticket hasta lo hice por email.

I had a reply very quickly and was able to do another order with no postage (as they would be packed together as one order). Order confirmed and on its way within 24hrs. Arrived in Australia safe and sound in 15 days. Will have no issue using again.
