Via instagram and was blocked , the “support email” is fake because I’ve emailed them multiple times and the email comes back and says undelivered and we believe they blocked us or that it is a scam. The crazy thing is they haven’t even had ANY communication with me whatsoever throughout this process. They scammed me and my husband for $500 and we will continue to post our story. and will keep going for a refund.. your not going to walk away Scott free green pips :) give us a refund and we can stop posting about how bad of a company you are.
