Where do I even begin with the service Hybrid Gaming provide. I cannot even give them enough stars. I am clueless with anything computers and researched for months before stumbling across a newspaper article on this shop ( a great read if you find it) detailing just how helpful they are, and how they set up to help the clueless parents like me. They responded super fast via WhatsApp every time I asked a question, they solved it within seconds via WhatsApp. They even responded on Christmas Day when I couldn’t figure out the speakers. This has got to be the best customer service I have ever experienced. My son is beyond delighted with his new PC. I cannot thank you all enough. I am delighted to support this amazing business. I contacted Hybrid gaming looking for a pc for my specific circumstances. I had a pretty good idea what I wanted and had done my research previously. The recommendation I got from Hybrid was spot on and I ended up basically buying pc basically through WhatsApp as I didn't have much time to get to the store. Any questions were encouraged and answered promptly. The computer was in my house 2 days later and exactly as described. The pc I bought is perfect for my needs as advised and I love it.
