The www was a bit flakey. It fell over several times when trying to state "no change" in previously declared medical conditions.

Swap from phone to WiFi and back again sorted the problems.

Apart from that, the process was easy and the price was reasonable.

Very poor experience. Endeavouring to obtain travel policy with winter sport coverage. Policy offered purported to provide cover but on reading was inadequate (eg no cover for rescue on ski slope). After speaking to representative I was forwarded a policy endorsement. The endorsement was badly written and cover remained inadequate ( emergency cover on mountain was subject to prior approval!)Goodtogo would appear to have limited experience for ski cover and what is appropriate.
