I have no idea how good their service is but if it's as good as their engineers are rude it must be appaling. Just attempted to assist an Essential Group driver in West Kensington by pointing out where the fault is (as I am the one that reported it to the management company). He completely blanked me. Ok, FU then.

After being a customer for over 10 years - we found the constant price rises, errors on their part (where alarms were in test mode and not monitored and fighting for a refund on the charge), installation errors when moving house and severe pricing for one extra shock monitor of £99 each excluding the engineer installation charge too much.
Looking elsewhere - there are better quality products at a much lower price.
The app provided is poor with long delays between actions (and often wouldn't open).
10 years ago, I would have given 5 stars.

I have been with this company for 7 years and when I moved to a new home did not consider any other company to install my new alarm system. I find them helpful and efficient and have recommended them to several of my friends. The survey and installation of my new system was smooth and their installation engineer, Ron was a most pleasant individual and a credit to Essential Alarms.

Essential Group offering had the lowest running costs for a considerably better system from all the quotes I got.
All the people I dealt with were true professionals, and they really know their craft.
Their technicians arrived on time, were friendly and courteous, diligent in ensuring that they didn't make a mess (including not stepping on carpets with shoes and laying down tarps to put their tools on) and diligent in wearing facemasks. Ensured I was fully trained on how to use the system before they left and helped me install the app on my phone.
