Once my order was put in, I was emailed to let me know it was started. As it progressed I received a email, letting me know it was shipped. I also received a tracking number. After I received it another contact from company, telling me it was delivered. Sent picture of wall to him, showing the clock hanging. And got a response back from him. Thank you Bross Home. The minimalist clock is beautiful and looks great in our living room. What a blessing to have received in the package an extra set of hands. The first set of hands bent too easily; the second set are working just fine! Delivery took a tad longer than I expected, but all in all, the beauty the clock adds to the room makes it well worth the wait. Family and visitors alike love the look!
