"When I placed the order"

When I placed the order, the page showed me that the envelopes had the return address on the back flap because I was ordering them that way, but when I received the cards, there were no return addresses which creates quite a problem for us. I looked at the page of things I wanted to order and went right to the check out page so I do not know what happened in the 2 seconds it took me to get there. I will take responsibility for not carefully checking the order. I am just very frustrated.
