"Long delivery time "

Update: I looked back at deliver and it was Delivered Dec 30. Order placed Dec 14. So how does 16 days equal 9 business days? and I did not see “business days” when I ordered. A time frame of delivery would have been helpful.

It took over 2 weeks to get the flags. They were supposed to be a Christmas gift and they came too late. Tracking stopped after it arrived in US. Said it arrived at airport, 30 min from my home, on Dec 20th, but didn’t get delivered until Dec 28.
