My overall experience with customer service was good. HOWEVER, Sourgum came back onto my credit card and charged additional funds with out giving me the heads up of any additional amount due as a result of the dumpsters weight overage. NOT GOOD BUSINESS PRACTICE

They have quick turn around times and customer support people that will fulfill extensions. The late fee is only $20 a day. Good experience.

The service is great and efficient but the drivers are somewhat careless. One of them almost bumped against my fence but didn’t because he was stopped on time. The last dumpster was placed on my driveway without any wood underneath to protect the pavement causing damages to it by the person picking it up. Thank you for the service but drivers need to be conscious about it.

Dumpster was dropped off exactly when it was supposed to be. When I needed to extend the time by a week, the person who took my call was pleasant and efficient, and the pickup was done on the extended day. No surprises.
