"Worst scam ever"

Worst scam ever. It says FREE until you’ve submitted your email and password. Then requires money up front to save or print. The terrible thing is that I was renewing my license on the official DMV forms, and when I tried to print, this terrible thing automatically appeared as if it was part of the DMV application. This doesn’t happen with Apple, only with PC.

be careful with this company once you put your credit card on their website they will continue to charge it every month with out you authorizing any charge, i even talked to someone on the phone from this company right after the first charge and he said ok you are all set your account has been cancel and they continued to charge my card so now i have to call the bank and file a fraud report now my w-9 cost me $40.00 worst company ever . stay away from this .

Tried to use for one document for $1.95 then cancel immediately after, to avoid the $10 monthly fee, still trying to cancel 20 hours later. Not cool. Intentionally misleading and should be shut down !

It wasn't till I filled out the form that I realized that I wasn't on DMV.

They have my Social Security and Other ID info. BEWARE!

Got suckered in while trying to change my address at the DMV and now it has been stuck sending for over an hour. I don't think it will send. Just wasted $15

After you go through everything to complete a profit and loss statement they end you to a checkout to charge you. Cost is never mentioned before that. Stay away from them.

This is a total scam! the fact that you pay $10 for a pdf form is nothing compare to the trouble you can potentially get into by submitting all your info. I changed my credit card and signed up with LifeLock immediately to prevent identity theft. Not to mention that the pdf didn't even download, i just got an error message. DO NOT USE!

Totally misleading...advertised to expedite the process for a passport renewal. Once you complete the form and pay the 1 time fee, you could then "print the form", that's it, no other options. Now the site has my personal information.
