Chillhop Music is a decent choice for music lovers, though there are a few areas for improvement. The customer service is responsive and helpful, as they quickly corrected an order mistake. Delivery is fast, and the condition of the products is generally good. However, more graphic t-shirt options with just the logo would be appreciated, as some are not fans of the current designs. Overall, a 3-star experience with room for enhancement.

I made an error with my shipping address and contacted customer service. Got a response in less than an hour and they sorted it out for me same day and issued a refund for difference in shipping cost (which I wasn't expecting). Love the music and really happy their service is top notch too

I'd order a Vinyl PsalmsTrees and my order was lost/stolen upon delivery. Ben was the person who helped me. He went out of his way to help me in every way he could. From helping me file a claim with UPS to helping me get a replacement for the lost/stolen vinyl. Even after all of that when the replacement arrived it arrived damage. I then reached out to Ben once again and he without missing a beat went on and order me another replacement. Even making sure to put specific instructions to handle with care. Ben has been a fantastic help and it was because of his customer service that I am giving Chillhop 5 stars.

Chillhop Music biedt uitstekende service en snelle levering. Hun team is vriendelijk en helpt graag bij problemen, zoals toen ik per ongeluk de verkeerde vinyl ontving en dit snel werd opgelost. De muziek en kunst zijn fantastisch en brengen rust in dagelijkse momenten. Soms zitten de verpakkingen wat los, maar dat is geen groot probleem. Ik kijk uit naar nieuwe releases en zou meer T-shirts met enkel het logo waarderen. Over het algemeen zeer tevreden met Chillhop Music! 🌟🌟🌟🌟

"I ordered 3 CDs"

I ordered 3 CDs, a tape, and a little squish thing. I love chillhop and was super excited about my purchase. Everything came in well, there was a bug scratch on one of the CD cases and the print on one of the actual CDs was a little blurry. Other than that I'm happy with my purchace.

Great music, delivered quickly and in fine condition. Always a delight to order something new from Chillhop. Big fan of their vinyl offerings, playing them through some nice speakers really brings out the rich lows in so many of these tracks.
