I was in a pickle as I needed a mat with a custom design printed asap in time for an upcoming event.
Simon was very helpful (big understatement). He went above and beyond to ensure that I got my mats on time. There was an issue with the design, for which he spent the evenings and some of his weekend to help me rectify. We even spoke at 7/8pm on some evenings. This level of customer service is a whole new level. I truly thank Simon for his time and effort in helping. I got my mats on time and was able to show them off at my event. The mat was stunning, lots of people took pictures and asked where I got it from etc. Thank you once again. I will be ordering in the near future.
