None of the meds I was prescribed helped. I was prescribed tadalafil 5mg, it didn't help at all and actually caused a bit of pain in the chest area. I was prescribed escitalopram 10mg didn't help much and sometimes I felt made my depression worse. What a waste of time, money, and effort on my part since I can't even get a refund for the almost full bottles of those medications.

Unfortunately this company practices extremely shady business. While I appreciate the idea of offering the services via a convenient app based model, Hims provided no ongoing notifications of the subscription renewal and no way to easily cancel the subscription.
Would not recommend anyone deals with this business as a result.

"Tried to cancel"
Tried to cancel. They ignored my request to cancel. Created a shipping label. And the next day reply to my request with an apology and a deny to cancel. Yet the medicine never shipped and they had plenty of time to cancel. Terrible service and customer support. Zero options to contact them and bad business practices all around. Do not order from them. (Update—-All and all after it was all said and done—-they gave me a full refund.) even know they were slow to reply and resolve the issue. Because of the end resolution, I will have to retract my initial review.

"Strong Start, Then All Downhill"
The initial consult was quick and easy. I received the first batch of the medication quickly, as well. However, for the second month, I received a different looking medication. It said it was the same, so I took it and had a severe allergic reaction. When I messaged them about it, they cancelled my subscription. When I asked about a refund, they ignored me. When I went to the "Support" tab, it said to use the "Contact Us" button. But it says to log in first, even when I'm logged in, so the website isn't working properly. Sounds like they don't want to deal with customer problems. I'm very disappointed in them.

The care team never responds and absolutely scammed me by putting the medication in for purchase when I never confirmed and I asked within 1 minute for them to refund it but didn’t respond for hours and now they haven’t even shipped it but can’t give me a refund do not buy from this absolutely awful customer service website go support hair growth business that care for well being also FYI the oral finasteride side effects are very common and not worth it I recommend you do research it’s quite scary
