I went for the ultracel face and neck treatment after seeing it on a friend and I am so glad I did! Dr Vadim was amazing, the clinic was just fab and the ladies there were so professional and helpful. They saw I was nervous and offered me reassurance and were very professional. Such a thorough clinic, they took their time and made sure it was an ee. An experience rather than just a treatment. I genuinely felt like I was in a spa because it was such a calming experience. I can already see the difference in my neck, it’s already starting to tighten and there’s a glow on my face which everyone is commenting on. I’ve already booked myself a top for a few months time.

I’m so glad I did my research before I booked this clinic! I had the transformation facelift over a year ago. Came back last week for a review and cannot believe the pictures are actually even better a year later. Really trust this clinic they are exceptionally professional. Staff are really informative, but very considerate too. Results speak for themselves I would say phenomenal!

I have had the best result ever and want to share my experience regarding the transformation facelift procedure which Dr Fab with Dr Nyla .
They are both the most knowledgeable doctors and really have the best bedside manners .
My result is just terrific Honestly it’s phenomenal . I literally look 10 years younger in 6 weeks .

It’s all non invasive with no fillers necessary & best thing is my husband, simply thinks I look like I did when I was 30, even though I’m nearly 50!

Genuinely want to say if you want to look the best you’ve ever looked, and you don’t want anyone to know with no downtime and no tell-tale signs, have this treatment at medispa. It’s not the cheapest place, but it is definitely the best, and if you want nothing, but professionals to talk to you with the very latest technology and only doctors who really understand the anatomy of the face. My last week experience in the Mayfair clinic was fantastic. Very informative consultation with the Dr. and I was able to have a treatment on the same, what I found extremely helpful as I traveled from out of London. Very happy with my treatments, I had and amazing experience at the Cheshire clinic. All staff very kind, polite and professional. I seen the lovely Nurse Debbie who listened to my concerns and advised me for the appropriate treatments. I had my treatment the same day and can already see a difference! Cannot wait to visit again in a few weeks. I would highly recommend. Thankyou so much for everything!

"It had taken me a nearly a year to…"

It had taken me a nearly a year to write this review. Mainly because I wanted to see if I would heal and I own a business and understand what a bad review can do. The final straw was today from her staff accusing me of lying.
My first issue with DR Nyla was this below email( I am copying from my email dated March 24 2022 as I can not submit pictures)
I met you once in the initial consult, which was ambushed and I felt very pressured to pay you more than what I was prepared to pay because you were overselling me when all I initially wanted was fillers which had worked for me in the past with my previous doctor in LA. you informed me that wouldn't work and I ended up spending 6k in one day. I never got to see my before and after pictures but both me and my friend who also attended and had treatments feel we both had the same experience with you.

The worst part is, DR Nyla didn't tell you in the initial consult that she wouldn't be doing the treatments, and I was palmed off to an inexperienced staff who complained about her work and told me the treatments don't really work. Her name was Karen. To be fair because I have a large social media following, after I complained I was offered a year full treatments which I did not abuse. My friend however was offered nothing. All I wanted after all the failed treatments was natural lip filler. DR Nyla as me to sign a letter taking back what I said about Karen and wanted me to keep quiet. I saw no reason to damage her business so I signed the pre-written letter. I then wanted lip filler and again she passed me off to Dr. Advim. The first time I worked with him it went well. Some months later I went for a second time as it was time. This time My lip looked funny and had a massive dent in it. I had never had this before and messaged him, sent pictures, he tried dissolving it but that didn't work, then told me to leave it and let time work. I was then ignored by him and DR Nyla. Its now 20 Nov 2023 and I still have a massive dent in my lip. I can take photos or shoot videos with my face full frontal and I am an artist, this has impacted me greatly....I tried to get an app for DR Nylas to see this, I was ignored and it took weeks to get a response, then I was told I could see her next year. I then sent pictures to show how serious this is, only to be told I must have had this before and that I am attacking her. I can prove every single thing I say here. I kept every text and documented everything. I even took a photo of the letter she asked me to sign. I gave her a chance to see my face and advise how she could fix it...Look, all I wanted what what I paid for, for a doctor I saw advertised on TV to give me treatments, what I got, was other staff and a disfigurement for life. I am considering legal action. Please be careful. Both my and my friend had this experience and I'm not lying. All she cares about is money and reviews, why else ask me to sign paperwork that she had pre-written? Why not fix the mistake her staff have done to me? I know have to seek a new doctor to undo the damage, if it can at all be undone.

I have been meaning to visit dr Nyla’s clinic in Mayfair for a long time. I was recommended by my friends and read loads of brilliant reviews.

I’ve only ever heard good things! 2 of my friends had the ULTRAcel treatment (and other treatments) and they looked incredible! Finally managed to get an appointment on a day i could visit. The customer service was amazing! I was really nervous but everyone i spoke to was lovely and reassuring. I initially spoke to a lovely girl, she was really chilled out and chatty. The nurse that did my treatment was amazing, she went through everything with me and we had such a nice normal conversation. What i loved about it was that i was able to just have casual conversation whilst i was having my treatment, helped me with my nerves. Everyone was really informative. I was able to meet Dr Nyla and she was absolutely lovely! She really cares about her clients and takes the time to have a chat too. I will definitely be recommending to my friends and family.

I instantly saw a result! I felt really emotional after. Honestly it’s made such a difference and the best of it hasn’t even come out yet. This has given me soooo much confidence you wouldn’t believe!!
