I placed an order I didn't get any feedback, I had to constantly follow up on my order to find out when my hamper would be delivered and there was always a story of that they waiting for fresh stock or your system is down. I mean simple commuication goes a long way when it comes to customer service. I end up asking to cancel my order #7935.

"Order not delivered & no refund processed"
I made payment via the online payment gateway PayFast. I then received a WhatsApp saying that since the payment was processed through their online payment provider PayFast, they could only deliver the hamper once the funds had reflected in their account. As this order was time sensitive, I asked them to cancel the order and process a refund. HamperCo then said I should request the refund via PayFast. This is of course not the way to process a customers refund. I advised them that I was familiar with the PayFast dashboard, and that they needed to process the refund through their dashboard. I did not hear back; and had to call them the next week for a follow up. They said they had processed the refund, but unable to send proof because their system was down. Now, 10 days later, and 2 weeks after the initial order, there is still no proof of payment and the funds have not been returned.

I'm still waiting for my order even Now . Order number #7934. I called, sent emails , WhatsApp, Facebook with no response. If I don't get my money back or the things I ordered, I'm taking legal action. It's been a week with no response from you. The service is badly poor. I purchased the order on the 4th July 2024 in the morning, I'm still waiting even now.

I had to wait too long for my order and on the day I really expected my order,
I could not get hold of the customer support number I had called anymore. My calls were avoided and I also did not get answers to why I still have not received my order. For a first time customer I am disappointed ☹️ over a week no delivery and no communication no updates. The location is fake.

At first I was told that I needed to pay for a smaller order since it was my first time purchasing from you, which made sense to me. The following day when the delivery was supposed to take place I was told the driver had tried to contact me and had not been able to contact me, which was not true as I had no missed calls and had been home all day to receive the delivery. The following day I followed up n when the delivery would arrive ad didn't receive a response until I cancelled my order. I will no longer be ordering from your site nor recommending your service because the disorganization on your part led me to spend on groceries in less affordable places while buying time for an order that never arrived. My budget was impacted negatively in a time when the economy is at its worst and all I wanted was a reliable place to get my groceries at a reasonable price. It just goes to show If it's too good to be true, it probably is.
