From start to end this company have been excellent. The pack they send out for you to fill in is lovely and very professional. I'm so very happy with my necklace. My dad is close to my heart. Thankyou to all involved in making this special 🩵

"Not great at all !"

I've had dealing with this company and sadly it wasn't a particularly nice one, had my time wasted all for nothing, we agreed a time at his (the owner) convenience then when I arrived he said he's got a meeting - I get that he may have had a meeting suddenly but Hello ?! a heads up wouldn't go a miss. I guess my money isn't good enough !

"Postage fees"

I will start off by saying my ring is absolutely beautiful, I love it. But,,,,,
When my order arrived some diamonds were not set correctly and others being completely flush.
I called up instantly and they requested a care pack to return the item,(I did have to call up a week/9days later as it didn’t arrive) once the item had been received and they were happy to complete the work, I then received a bill to how I would like my ring sent back? £15!!
Now I could understand if I’d had the ring a while or needed a refresh but I had received the ring not right? So I was very upset and slightly disgusted that I was being charged to send it back to me. Even more so when the care pack wasn’t even sent out and I had to contact again.
Still awaiting feedback as a customer service advisor had passed on, plus their attention to detail and spelling/grammar errors need a check up too!
Happy to be contacted but other than a refund to my postage I’m unsure how this can change my views.

Ashes into glass made me a tribute ring in white gold and a charm in silver from my dads and brothers ashes mixed together. I have received them today and am absolutely over the moon with them both, such great craftsmanship and packaged really nicely too.
They will both be with me now wherever I go such precious memories. Highly recommended, thank you Ashes into Glass 🥰

The ring is beautiful......and we are happy. We should be for approx £800

However, the ring was needed a slight resize as was ordered via a funeral directors. The problem may lie in the quality of the sizing rings but ultimately they must use funerals directors a lot an accept that sizing issues may happen...especially given the test rings were PLASTIC!!!

I just expected a small cost covering charge for the resize (although no jeweller has ever charged me for such a change for a significant investment.

They wanted a huge £145 to resize the ring.....even after discussions they were arrogant to stick to this price.

Profit over customer service for me...perhaps they picked the "death" market as it's an easy sell!!!

Shocking attitude to squeeze even more out of people grieving!!!

I have my own ashes into glass necklace which was gifted to me from my birthday years ago, it still looks amazing and is by far the most precious thing I own.
I bought my mum a necklace from ashes into glass for Mother’s Day day this year - the company were fantastic and rushed to get my item ready in time despite me sending the ashes quite late.
The necklace is absolutely beautiful and came packaged beautifully. Would recommend this to everyone! Such a special gift! ❤️

"No consideration for others"

A little while ago I arranged to meet with the owner, agreed on the time etc... for his convenience not a time that suited me must I add, upon arrival the owner only says he's got a meeting so therefore I had to wait half an hour, wasn't in a rush but that's not the point isn't it ? I get that meetings are important & more than likely take priority over my appointment etc... But at least have to decency to inform me before hand ?? Common courtesy isn't too difficult & doesn't cost anything ! Also the owner seemed bit abrupt & self centered thinking he's better than everyone else that's the vibe I got from him, not nice ! Wouldn't have any dealings with him or the company ! Please please please learn some manners as I got here at my expense & as I said got here at the time for his convenience of what suited him not a time that suited me.
