I found something that I was looking for in this site. The purchase was easy enough. I was notified that they are out of stock for my specific item. They offered to refund or give me %50 off if I wait and see if they can fulfill the purchase order. At the end they couldn't reorder the item for me so they refunded all the money I paid plus a $25 gift certificate toward my next purchase. I liked the prompt responses to my inquiries and how they handled the issue that we had (I blame COVID). I recommend Uylee's Boutique. They go out of their way to make sure customers are satisfied. I would definitely buy from them again.

"Disappointed"
I had very high hopes for my purchase just to be let down. I received the wrong tie set than what I ordered, which was fine I recognize mistakes happen. However, when I reached out to them about my issue they never got back to me. Very disappointed to say the least. Extremely disappointed in their customer service, or the lack there of I should say. It also did take a while for my package to arrive. Will not be purchasing from this boutique again. That’s interesting because I emailed the email that was given with my order that was on the paper and it said Uylee would respond and fix the issue personally. and no response within “48 hours” nor at all. So check again because you are incorrect. My package didn’t arrive within 5 days either. Perhaps there was a mistake of a sort with the post offices. Although, I do live only an hour from your boutique so it took so long for? Again, I never blamed your company for my package delay. Of which was not my main issue nor concern. As I stated above I said “perhaps there was a mistake of a sort with the post office.” I did email your company. There’s a screenshot of it on my profile picture and I wish I could actually upload the picture. Considering you want to sit here going back and fourth with me. Even if you “didn’t receive an email” which is non factual, there NEVER should have been a mistake in the first place. Which there was. How hard is it to send me what I payed for? I’d appreciate if you’d stop arguing with me and accept my personal experience.
