I liked the option of selecting light shades, with different light fittings and cables, rather than a fixed format. My presales email enquiry was answered promptly, as was a telephone support call for help on re -wiring with longer cable. Industville can do this for you if required. Very pleased with the look and finish of the pendant lights!

I had reason to complain about the quality and durability of a purchase made nearly 2 years ago. My problem was dealt with swiftly and efficiently and I received replacements within 72 hours.
