Full transparency - I rarely write reviews on anything. Doesn't matter what it is, I typically just don't do it. However, I'm leaving this one here because they literally ask you to at the end of (almost) every client check-in form.
Best part about this program: My Accountability Coach. She has been willing to help every step of the way and was always offering advice on how to improve things (99% of the time being ads related). As much as it pains me to say this, she is the reason I'm rating my time with C&C 2 stars instead of 1.
What's good: This program is full of value, especially for beginners. I'm not a beginner; I've spent over $100k on business coaching in the last 3 years. Modules are pretty much step-by-step and easy to follow.
What's bad: This is the tough part for me. If you're like me, you've been interested in C&C because they talk about being good at 2 things; ads & building Facebook groups.
To say I'm frustrated would be a pretty substantial understatement. I've had two separate 1:1 calls with their ads specialists and a copy review with their copy specialist. After being in for the full 13 weeks now, I've yet to have 1 single successful ads campaign that brought people to my group consistently. This is NOT "risk-free", as they say. On top of the program investment, I've also spent $1,002 on ads over the past 3 months.
I've mentioned this on my weekly check-in sheet, but I'm convinced nobody even reads those. Not one person (besides my coach) ever reached out to me to ask me what could be done to help, though I voiced my frustrations on that form, as well. NOBODY asked how they could help. As a business owner myself who also takes check-in sheets weekly, this completely baffles me.
And at some point, you stop asking for calls with 'specialists' because nothing from those calls helped and nobody is reaching out so mentally, you're at, "why bother, then".
Though I have made money since December, only 1 client I've acquired can be honestly attributed to C&C. I've been doing this for about 4 years, so I have organic strategies already built into my system that myself & my team use every day. So aside from that one client, all of my others have been my organic strategies I've been using since long before I ever even heard of C&C.
I spent thousands of dollars to acquire 1 client.

I'm no better off with ads than I was beforehand (this is the WHOLE reason I signed up with C&C - I've never realized success with ads).
I thought that, with as much as they talk about teaching clients about Facebook ads to grow their business, they would put more of an emphasis on making sure you succeed with that. Out of a dozen modules or so, only 1 module focuses on ads - and it's very generic. All I mean by that is it's for ALL types of their clients to set things up on their end, so it can't be customized.
For the amount the investment is and the "absolute certainty" they had that they could help me when I signed up, I really wish they delegated more time to helping people solely with customizing their ads for their unique niche. I was never even told 'how' to target my audience - just given ideas of what to try (but they should already know, because they say they help fit pro's already). I could be more nuanced here so nothing in my review is cherry-picked, but it's fine.
I completed all modules my coach said to and avoided the ones she advised me to avoid (like the AI ones - I have an assistant), made every call, scheduled extra calls with specialists, took every piece of advice, and went at this like I was brand-new to owning a business so I could learn new things and open my eyes to new ways.
I worked hard on all of this - that will never be a doubt in my mind.
I wanted with all of my heart to be a member of their Scale Program (higher tier), but it just wasn't in the cards for me.
Especially now feeling like my check-ins were never read, I feel like a number or a 'price tag'.
Honestly had high hopes and watched them for 6 months before investing and I feel they severely underdelivered.

Clients & Community has been great! I've learned a ton and really appreciate the accountability coaching, it helps me stay on task and make progress. I've been able to implement their process, and my group is starting to grow, and I'm seeing income coming in - now, my problem is that I don't have enough time to handle all the calls that get onto my schedule (which is a good problem to have)!
If you're serious about building a thriving coaching business and you're willing to put in the work, this really is a great program!

First of all, let me begin by saying that I had NO IDEA what I was getting myself into when a trusted colleague told me about C&C. I was basically expecting a nicely-organized business course with some cool selfies attached. Boy, was I wrong … and I’m actually a guy who LOVES to find out that I’m WRONG! So far, I’ve been given a warm, supportive, nurturing opportunity to re-evaluate everything I’ve ever believed in, and I’ve only been in the program for several weeks so far. Not only is this a complete revamping of my approach to business, but it is a completely refreshing spin on life and how I treat myself. It’s intellectually challenging, mentally growthful, and spiritually inspiring. I have a team of energetic people who care about and love what they do on a daily basis behind me every step of the way. My own personal accountability coach, Paula, meets with me one-on-one anytime I need to and roots me on as I go through steps both easy and hard. It’s a relationship based on acceptance, compassion and empowerment. Kinda like a coach, therapist and big-sister all at the same time. She never ceases to surprise me with her wisdom and expertise. That being said—she’ll even coach me in a language I REALLY understand and am MOTIVATED by—Spanish! I am so grateful for this community. ¡Gracias C&C!

I am really sad to have to write this review... and feel stupid for not reading these reviews in advance.
I read and loved their book - and if all i did was focus on that i would have been okay.
I worked my butt off trying to keep up with the overwhelming data dump. It was mind numbing.
and after 90 days - yes i learned lots... and grew my group... and didn't get one new client
and i will have paid about $10,000 - i reached to customer service, there was zero empathy or accountability - it all my fault.
i can't tell you how disappointing that was. and now they are hiding behind the fine print of the contract.
I would read the book and stop there...
