"Excellent resolution to a manufacturer problem"

I ordered 3 full sets of letter & number cutters - excellent delivery service as they arrived next day. When I Used them, I discovered I had 2 of one letter, and none of another. This was not CDC's error, but a manufacturer error. When I called, CDC were very apologetic and the correct one was posted out that day, and with me the following day.

Ordered cake pods at 4pm and they were delivered using normal first class post the next morning. Very speedy! Excellent service.

"Disapointed"

I received the product expecting it to be in good shape, I know that while going through the post it's hard to maintain quality due to bumps and obsticles along the way but it was all scratched, and the metal was blotchy. I was looking forward to using it, that I washed it first obviously and then used it to find a small crevice in the left hand corner where the cake batter seaped through.
On the other hand it became a great part in my sculpture for my art A-level. So I appreciate it.
I will order from here again. As ive only ordered once and I believe it's only fair to give someone more than a second chance, but if it should happen again I shall only us it for art work which is equally as great for me.
