It can be hard to offer a luxury experience when time constraints and convenience push customers to shopping online. However, I feel my experience making an online purchase from CW Sellors was every bit as personal as if I'd been sat in a showroom. After trying with no success for some time now to purchase a fope bracelet in a size smaller than is normally held in stock, I finally found someone who comes make to you with answers to your enquiry when Kristie followed up on an online enquiry I made. Kristie worked really hard following up on my enquiry and returning calls and emails very promptly and efficiently with honest answers. When my original selection wasn't available in time she helped to find an alternative and made it very easy to complete the buying journey. She really is a credit to the company.

Placed the order over the phone with Emma who was very efficient and the watch arrived 36 hours later In perfect condition.

"Delivery did not materialise"

Was ordered before 3pm for next day delivery. But this was not possible due to CWS volumes.

Posted the following day for delivery Saturday, but Royal Mail got it all wrong and failed to deliver.

So, part CWS and part RM fault hence the 3 stars.
