"Absolutely great service"

I sent an email as I was not sure whether there was a model of foam lance that would fit my power washer. I got immediate response, sent some pictures, got a suggestion, ordered it.. 2 days later was delivered and fits perfectly.. long time since I had such great service .. Thank you Caolan !
