Pre-sales email comms were prompt and pleasant. The drive was for sale at a very competitive price. The next day DHL delivery I chose arrived on time and tracking was provided. I'd happily return to scsishop next time I'm in need.

The order was easy and fine. The hard drive as well. The deliverery was too long (I paid 50 € for an urgent delivery and it took about 10 days). I did not see that the custom was to be paid before delivery (65 € for DHL).
