My order arrived on time. Picked it up at Dunfermline shop and the staff were excellent. Quick service but friendly and professional. I was back in the shop for a further purchase and the young man was super, very supportive in helping me with advice etc on my purchase. It was a birthday present and I appreciated his advice. This was Saturday 28 September in the morning.

I was sceptical using this business because I'd never heard of them, but honestly I needn't have been! I ordered some Ugg slippers that are out of stock in my size everywhere else. I really wanted them in time for my hospital stay in 5 days, so I contacted Shmooz asking if I could pay extra for faster delivery. They were so lovely and accommodating, and offered to send the slippers next day delivery at no extra cost. They've even posted a little treat of Rainbow Drops with the slippers! (my fave!!). Thank you SO much. I will definitely be a returning customer 😊

My favourite local clothes shop. Always great stock at decent prices. I’ve bought several times in store and the customer service is always excellent. Also, i ordered a cap online last night and they delivered next day and followed my safe place instructions. Not only that but they texted me to let me know they had delivered, they go the extra mile and it is greatly appreciated. Very efficient service and my go-to place for new designer clothes.
