We’ve worked with Dominic for a number of years and have really liked his style, he is creative, professional, flexible and responsive. We’ve worked on three large new builds with Spatial and its been a delight. Oscar has designed the last house which is incredibly modern and it looks amazing! We like working collaboratively on the design and the guys listen to the brief and it just develops from there. Their software shows how it will look in 3D which helps the visualisation.Their prices are competitive too.

"Rebuild of Mid terraced house in Old Town Stratford upon Avon."

Oscar was the Architect for our design and planning application, for the rebuild of a mid terraced house in Old Town Stratford upon Avon.
He produced a very good design and VR representation of the rebuild, from a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom cottage, to a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom cottage. The whole cottage was demolished apart from the front wall, so this was a completely "new" home.
Spatial Future managed to get the planning consent through, giving us exactly what we wanted, which was no small achievement being in a conservation area.
They also guided us through the tender process introducing us to our chosen builder, who was exceptional throughout the duration of the project.
We now have a terrific home, which we are extremely proud of, with some great design features incorporated through the vision of both Dominic and Oscar.

"Little Dragons Day Nursery"

Spatial Future Architects translated our ideas into several fantastic design options for our brand-new Children’s Day Nursery. They fulfilled every aspect of the brief and maximised floor areas to create truly flexible and inspiring learning space within the confines of a 125-year-old church building. They were always available, delivered to their projected timescales and were thoroughly pleasant to work with. They did a terrific job in representing us at the planning committee and securing planning permission for the works. The building is located in a conservation area and had a number of challenging external stakeholders. However, with Spatial Future, no problem could not be solved, and issues were always dealt with in a proactive manner. An exceptional service matched with an excellent quality of work. It is arguable that their significant contribution was fundamental to the overall success of the project. Finalising the design and gaining planning permission was highly professional.
