"Wide reach with restrictive contract"

Caters has a wide reach and has accepted many sets of mine that other agencies were not interested in. Their sales are decent but as I got sales off more sets that I otherwise would have it worked well for me. The payment cycle is longer than other agencies but is within normal business guidelines. The new minimum sales quota makes business sense for Caters but can be a bummer. The contract is very clear albeit restrictive. I have enjoyed working with my current agent as well as the first agent many years ago but have had some seemingly lazy ones in between.
