Production time is pretty fast and he's been very responsive with any questions I had. Peter Berns is a 5 star business rep his attention to communication is fantastic and the sample products are beautiful. Packaging has always been a nightmare for me but they custom made boxes for my honey jars at a price that was great and affordable.
