"Excellent Product and End Result"

The communication and service at the beginning was excellent and all of our questions around product, timings and cost were dealt with clearly and efficiently. If I skip to the end, the installation was excellent and we are delighted with the end result from a visual and practical point of view. The reason it's not 5 stars is a poor period in the middle in relation to delayed installation dates, poor communication and a lack of empathy of the impact that this was having on other things. Nevertheless, we would use Apple again.

Fantastic product really pleased with our porch. Had comments about how good it looks. Really pleasant workmen, very polite. Would have given 5 stars apart from the lack of communication regarding installation.

"sexist and again sexist"

After requesting a quote for a new boiler I got told that someone would come around only if my husband was at home too! I told the lady first and then the gentleman on the phone that I would be dealing with it as my husband is away for work most of the time. Apparently, it is company policy that both of us are present when someone come around to give us a quote!! Absolutely appalling customer service and sexist to be franc.

We had our upstairs windows done recently, the sales call took quite a long time (nearly two hours!) but the Instilstion was quick and very tidy workmen. Overall very happy with the service and will look to use again when we have the money to do the downstairs

Little confusion to start with as the guys were not aware that we were replacing a wet system. Needed extra time for work. All went well with fitting, wiring and then testing. Tuition on operation went well and we parted happily. Nice couple of chaps who worked knowledgably and efficiently together.
No problems, as yet.

"Simple process completed on time."

This was an order for replacement windows after fire damage. We returned to Apple Home Improvements as they (Larkin Windows) had fitted the originals. The process was simple throughout and all the details of the original fit were sill available. The work was carried out on time with no surprises on the way.
The only downside was that one of the windows was fitted to a newly decorated room which will now need some touch up work to get back to looking its best.
I would use this company again in the future.

"Beautiful Conservatory."

We had a Conservatory fitted just before Christmas, all the Apple employee's were very helpful and professional, I am in love with our new Conservatory and it has made such a difference to our house! Highly recommend this company.
