I was opening an account as I thought visiwise.co offers the service I wanted.
I turned out that it was not what I was looking for. But that's okay.
As a result I wanted to delete my account again as it is not needed for any other purposes but I couldn't find this option anywhere. So I was using the chat where 6 chat partners seem to be online. Within 24 hours I didn't receive any answer.
That is very disappointing and not customer friendly at all. It says typically answers within an hour but that's definitely not true in my case.
Cannot recommend visiwise related to it's responsiveness which is a disaster in my case.
