Jose is a passionate instructor. Since this was only the second time he taught this class he was still fine tuning the class and I could see that it's improving each week. Given time I think it will be a great class to prepare for AWS Cloud Practitioner exam.

Karen was amazing...I took away so many pearls from the class. She was super flexible, went at our pace and made the training relevant to our roles and needs. Tips and tricks, shortcuts, pivot tables and charts were a few hilites for me. I would definitely recommend CTS and Karen!!

Karen was amazing!! Not only is she is knowledgeable but she was a great instructor. She had the ability to read the room and pace the training accordingly. Everything she taught us was tailored for what we needed most. Such a valuable class. I wish I would've done this years ago.
