"Above expectations"

Had a great experience with Serveastdirect. Rang on a Friday lunch time needing a new oven door for a family dinner at the weekend. I was in a bit of a panic.

They had to start searching for the part in a large delivery that had just come in as it wasn't initially in stock. They did this with urgency and then arranged a non standard Saturday delivery. It cost a little bit more but I didn't mind and it wasn't too expensive.

The fact they went out of their way to sort this out in a hurry was way more than I expected. And it was all done with little fuss.

It is so good to find a company with the personal touch that takes customer service so seriously.

"Just had our SMEG oven cleaned by a…"

Just had our SMEG oven cleaned by a contractor and went to use it only to find the internal glass doors were no longer attached and kept falling out! Contractors denied any responsibility, despite all the retaining clips and plugs clearly no longer attached to the door!

After much searching, we stumbled across Servevast Direct and have blown away by their customer care, and the lengths Ryan has gone to in order to diagnose the missing parts and to send links to the replacement ones on their site. We sent photos of the oven door and he literally replied with the photo updated and marked to show what was missing and where precisely they should go. Given that the parts we literally only a few pounds, the astonishing level of service and almost extinct customer care of some online retailers these days, this was such a breath of fresh air. Parts ordered, and beyond happy.

I do NOT have any affiliation or connection with Servevast Direct, nor do I work for them, I just HAD to share my experiences of dealing with them as they are literally AMAZING!

We have just moved and the previous occupant did not leave much information re the Smegg oven. The member of staff Ryan was so very helpful from the onset, when he was out of the office Alexandra answered our query couldn’t have done it without them. Our part was delivered within two days MAGIC!!! So hard to find great customer service nowadays Thank you so much.

It was the first time I’ve used Smegspares and the response was very fast , took less than a day to answer my inquiry ,prior I was waiting for almost two months for a reply from the company in Austria( where I bought my Smeg juicer). Want to say a big thank you for all the help , I’m a happy customer and looking very much forward to receive my order. Would highly recommend this company to anyone!

"Web ordering system is inadequate and…"

Web ordering system is inadequate and does not or show proper images of, or permit confirmation of the parts ordered. Consequently the wrong part was delivered. Contacted the company who were unhelpful and I ended up paying for the return of the incorrect part and for delivery of the correct part. Do not rely on the web system.
