Brilliant service. Donald came to meet me at reception and fully explained in great detail the tests he was going to perform. Again, in great detail, he explained the results of the test and made recommendations, which included the option of doing nothing and the potential consequences. No hard sell, just a very professional service from a really nice guy.

Wax all gone, painless, stress free and effective!! I can hear again!!! He also gave me great tips on how to continue looking after my ears. Many thanks Donald! Highly recommend for anyone with ear issues!
