Really unimpressed due to constant technical failures and a complete lack of customer support since joining around 18 months ago.

The main concern is an error with their Slingo games that blocks further play after the initial block of spins. Despite having no play controls or safer gambling active the games fail and display errors which leave me with the only option to end game.

Essentially this means that I lose out on potential wins on every game. At times some additional rounds are priced at 1p.

As mentioned the responses from CS are basically to advise me to clear my browser or app cache. Which solves zero as it's across all platforms and devices.

It's now at the point where I've raised this formally with the UKGC.
