Although the item I wanted to order a few weeks ago was out of stock, I received a notice when it was available, love that feature :)
I placed my order, received an email reminding me of the delicate product I ordered and was asked if I realized it was being shipped during warm weather. I did realize that but was comfortable having the cocoa butter chips shipped anyway. It was great to get the reminder, though.
The items arrived in the promised time frame and in excellent shape!
