I've had the flywheel for almost a year. The snapshackle keeps bending, and I only train early highschool level athlete's so I have to bend it back, it needs to be much more heavy duty. For $4000 it's not been as transformative for training as I thought it would be. It's a nice training addition especially if you used it to travel to a client but bang for buck there are much better items.

Good training tool...but difficult to utilize in group training sessions. Can be cumbersome to get in and out of movements.

Really excellent products and service. Well-engineered though costly. However, once you've trained with them you'll definitely keep using them. They're by no means a dust gatherer over time and will become a valuable part of any gym. There are Chinese versions but don't be fooled - the quality of the engineering is reflected in the price. You get what you pay for.

"A level of service far above anything else"
It is hard to give context for the level of service Exxentric provides. 10x better than any other product you've purchased? 100x? The level of service is so fundamentally different and better than what I'm used to I am having a hard time explaining it. I assume this is the level of service that the fabulously wealthy get for everything. Like if I walked into a bank, the only way I would expect this kind of service is if I owned that bank and probably multiple other banks.
What does that mean? I could try to give a few examples, but it still won't really capture the experience. When I ordered my kbox I had multiple complex international shipping challenges that I had no idea how I was going to deal with. I reached out to support to see if they had any suggestions and instead, poof, problems just went away. They made it so easy.
Later I ran into some issues with my kbox and they attacked the problem like it was their number 1 priority above anything else. A month later they checked in just to make sure everything was great and found ways to make things even better.
If you are looking at buying a kbox you have already seen that they aren't cheap. Maybe that price means that they aren't the right product for you and that is fine. But if you are in the target market, know that the kbox comes with support that would impress me even if the product was 10x the price.
