Edward was amazing. I rung this afternoon at just gone 2pm, with a peetty severe leak coming from the toilet. By 3.15 Edward was on his way round. Checked what was needed to be done (new internal fixtures as parts had corroded), he was very efficient, explained everything very well, and had completed the job within the hour. Thanks again.
